Privacy Policy

What this site collects

The inquiry form collects the name, organization, email and message you type into it, so that somebody can reply. Nothing else on the marketing site asks for personal information, and there are no third-party analytics scripts on any page.

Creating a Model Lab workspace additionally collects your first and last name and a mobile number. The name is used to address you in the product and in email; the number is used by Long Range Advisory to contact you about your account. Neither is sold, shared with anyone outside Long Range Advisory, or used for advertising, and your details are visible only to you and to Long Range Advisory — never to another workspace. Ask us and we will delete them.

What Model Lab stores

A workspace holds the assumptions you enter, the models you build and an append-only record of who changed what. It is held in one database inside one region, and every table carrying your data is filtered by a database policy rather than by application code.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside Long Range Advisory, except the infrastructure providers that host the database and deliver email. Client information is never shared with board members or advisors, and never appears anywhere on this site.

How long it is kept, and how to have it removed

For as long as you have a workspace, and for as long after that as the law requires. To have a workspace and everything in it deleted, ask — deletion removes the models, the driver sets and the audit history together.

Cookies

One cookie, holding a session so that a signed-in browser stays signed in. It is not used for tracking and there is no advertising or analytics cookie on any page of this site.
