Using this site
This site is published for information. Reading it, or corresponding with Long Range Advisory, does not create an advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship — any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
Using Model Lab
A workspace is made available to the organization it is created for and the people it invites. You are responsible for the assumptions you enter and the conclusions you draw from them. Outputs are illustrative and are not investment, securities, accounting, tax or legal advice.
Your content
The assumptions and models you put into a workspace remain yours. Long Range Advisory does not use them for any purpose other than running the platform for you.
Availability and change
The platform is under active development and its screens will change. Where a change alters how a figure is calculated, the engine version is stamped on every stored model so historical numbers do not move on their own.
Governing law
To be settled by counsel, along with the limitation of liability and the dispute-resolution terms that belong in this section.
